The Palermo Soho area is really nice. The location of the hotel is magnific, it is close to metro and close to the heart of Palermo Soho, shops, bars, etc... Very good place to be.
According to the price, the breakfast could be better. And maybe some little details of the room.
The hotel is small, but beautifull and really close to everything that really matters in Palermo Soho.
Really well designed rooms Staff really friendly and helpful
The hotel has a great location, nice rooms, and the staff is excellent. They have a good complimentary breakfast available in the lobby and on the rooftop patio, and decent free wifi. We enjoyed the nice views from our balcony and from the rooftop patio.
The hotel is well located within a safe area of ba with easy access to the busier Sante Fe Avenue and other suburbs. It is a trendy little hotel with helpful bi-lingual staff and well set up for tourists. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the room, was good, although it was exactly the same for the whole week - and got a bit boring.
Unfortunately building works were going on the entire week that I stayed there meaning that I was woken early by the building activity. This ruined the experience and there was no opportunity to sleep in. The wifi was available throughout the hotel but was very slow.
Location. Friendly staff.
Construction in building next door was a big issue. Could not sleep/get some rest/enjoy the room. Should definitely advise customers in advance and offer rebate. For the price, we felt it was not worth the inconvenience. Rooms would benefit from small renovations... Room is ok, but need to be "freshened up" a bit.
Location. Staff was very helpful.
As the hotel was full, breakfast service was not good. Too many people and few staff to answer. They were not prepared.
Location (near many restaurants), helpful staff and great bed!
Bathroom gets wet after shower
The guys at the front desk were amazing and so helpful
The location is great. Close to the hip area in BA. Great shopping, restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel staff were nice. Bed is super comfortable and huge.
It is a boutique style hotel, but I thought the finishing touches could be more high end for the price it was. On the website here on Booked.net and even on their website, it looks very high end quality, but up close there is some wear and tear that needs replacing, if they wish to keep up the boutique star rated standards.
The help and smile of Mariano!! He was fantastic! We found him to be courteous and took care of our every need: from ice to restaurant suggestions to taxis and places to go. We looked forward to seeing him every morning! The young man at the breakfast buffet, too, was helpful and pleasant ... always a smile. We enjoyed all the space in the room ... we could unpack our suitcases easily and still have room to 'live'. We also liked the rooftop area: a great little escape above the city.
We could have used more hangers for the clothes!!
Location and good breakfast
Some peoplemight find rooms small- ok for us
Fantastic service from the front desk personnel. Super helpful on multiple occasions. Just can't say enough good about them!
First room was a smoking room though we had requested non-smoking.
Its location is very convienient to public transport, restaurants and taxis. The metro is about a 5 or 10 minute walk away. Plenty of restuarants within about a 5 minute walk or less of the hotel. Breakfast is nice although the warm lights over the breakfast bar tend to dry out the cheese and ham. Coffee is good here too at breakfast.
There are building works going on next door and the drills tend to disrupt any intentions of lazy mornings. Bring ear plugs to drown out the noise outside of both the building and it can tend to be a busy enough road also.
The entrance was full off flies and bugs, not air conditioned, desk staff not qualified, horrible service, dirty entrance, bench, elevator and room even worse. Had booked 2 rooms with special requests but received 2 rooms on different floors, consequence, we checked out imediateley and went to Esplendor Hollywood, a different planet!
